Another step you need to take is to connect another device with the same internet connection. It will show you that there is no hardware issue involved in it.

Type “cmd.exe” and press Enter key to access command prompt.

Step 3:

Now you will see Command Prompt screen where you have to type the first command “ipconfig /flushdns” and press “Enter” key. Now type the second command “ipconfig /release” and press “Enter”. Now type the third command “ipconfig /renew” and press “Enter”. Now exit from the command prompt and that’s all.

For Broadband Users

If you are a broadband user and you are using a router to access internet, my advice to you is to change the settings of your device because often there can occur a minor issue with your router’s software and resetting your device can resolve this issue. You do not need any special techniques to reset your router. Just observe the backside of your router. You will see a reset button at the backside of the device.

Press and keep holding it for about five seconds and then release. It will reset the router. Once you reboot your computer, it will be connected.

Delete Unnecessary Antivirus Programs

If you get this error, you need to check whether you are using one or more Antivirus programs? If there are more than one Antivirus programs, it may be the reason of this issue because there may be a compatibility issue between your PC and the Antivirus software. Use Google’s Free DNS Servers

Step 1:

If you are still having the same DNS Server Unavailable issue, you need to change your DNS servers. Use Google’s free DNS Servers to get rid of this problem.

Step 2:

Just open your “Network Connections” menu. Right click on your broadband connection and select “Properties” to view its content.

Step 3:

In the “Broadband Connection Properties”, there will appear “Internet Protocol Version 4” that should be selected and click on its “Properties”.

Step 4:

Now check the radio button “Use the Following DNS Server addresses”. In the box before “Preferred DNS server, you should add 8. 8. 8. 8 and in the Alternate DNS server you should type 8. 8. 4. 4 and click “OK” to save these DNS servers.

Now, you will be using faster DNS servers and there will be no more issues now.
